Electric fish scale scraper creation prerequisites
The idea of making an electric fish scaler came from desire to realize my vision of shape of a scraper, and a handle design. I set a goal to create a “perpetual” scraper with the most productive shape of teeth, formed in such a way that even wearing down it remains efficient in work.
I manufacture tools and supply equipment spare parts for the Ukrainian retail market. In the process of work, I saw shortcomings of the existing fish scalers, and I wanted to make a better model. I started with my first version of a scraper, and began to develop it improving its shape. In the process of evolution various designs of the scraper were created, I tested and modified them or, sometime, completely altered them. It was an exciting process of developing a model, where I used my experience. In result, all this work evolved this scraper into existing shape, which is presented here.
The shape of the scraper was highly appreciated by my customers. And there is also a good balance in the ratio of quality to price.
Comparatively to the products of other manufacturers of electric fish scaler scrapers, my design of the scraper is a full-fledged working tool with rake corners, working edges, and load distribution among the teeth during rotation. This ensures high quality of cleaning, simplicity and productivity of the workflow.
This scraper will last much longer than any existing models on the market and will perform better than any other shape.
You can find a video of electric fish scale scraper here.
The anatomically shaped handle of the Wyvern electric fish scaler provides the operator comfort and safety throughout the working day. Only the high quality materials and finishes have been used in this construction with aim to create a reliable mechanism, achieving maximum strength with minimum weight.
I have connected the handle to an electric motor later and named resulting machine as “Wyvern”. I hope you will like this electric fish scaler as much as I do.
In any questions please write to me, I will be glad to communicate with you.
Best regards, Roman Bakhmach.
